Logging into Swingtech IT Service Portal
Swingtech's IT Helpdesk URL is:
https://helpdesk.swingtech.com (Please book mark for future reference)
You have access to Swingtech service desk’s Help Articles and announcements even before you
login.
You’ll also be able to raise a ticket without logging in (you’ll be prompted to provide your
official email address), but you will need to login in order to track a ticket you’ve raised.
Click on “Login” in the top-right corner to do so.
You can login to the helpdesk by entering the Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials for your Swingtech O365 account:
Note: In case you happen to forget your Swingtech login password, you can still send an email to helpdesk@swingtech.com and IT will reach out to you to resolve the issue.
